Keyboard does not work in DOS due to keyboard plugged into wrong port.
Cause:
The keyboard cable is plugged into the incorrect port on the back of the computer.
Solution:
Turn off the computer. Gently remove the keyboard cable from the incorrect port and insert the plug into the keyboard port.
